However, due to the nature of our business as a print on demand shop, we do not carry stock and cannot control the printing process directly. Therefore, our refund and return policy reflects these unique aspects of our operations.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement and cover the costs of return shipping.

  2. Incorrect Orders: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you and cover the costs of return shipping.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size orders due to the custom nature of print on demand products.
